Grokumentary is an AI-powered platform that generates documentary-style videos from text topics. The service uses third-party AI providers (xAI) to research, write, and produce content.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your xAI API key. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Generate content that violates any applicable laws
  • Create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or hateful content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the topics and prompts you provide. Generated content is subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You are granted a license to use generated content for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Credits are non-refundable and expire at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grokumentary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
